Our Story

Born on the Water

Clear Lake Haven started with a single townhome on the Seabrook waterfront. The idea was simple: a place with good beds, a real kitchen, a deck facing the water, and someone reachable if anything came up. The first property kept booking out, so we added a second one next door. Same standard, same approach, two more bedrooms for the group that needed them.

What We Value

Two Properties, Not Two Hundred

Keeping the portfolio small means we stay on top of things. The kitchens are properly stocked, the linens are fresh, and if something needs fixing we usually catch it before you do. We also know Seabrook well where to eat, which mornings are best on the water, and how to get to Kemah without hitting traffic. That local knowledge is part of what you're booking.

Outdoor living

Private deck

Step outside and you're looking straight at the water. Both townhomes have a private deck, good for morning coffee or an evening drink while the boats come in.

Cook at home

Full kitchen

Pots, pans, knives, a proper coffee maker. Bring groceries and cook, or leave the kitchen alone entirely, either way it's ready.

Groups welcome

Sleeps 8 to 10

Each townhome has three bedrooms. Need more room? Book both, they sit side by side and work well for larger groups or two families travelling together.

5 min to Kemah

Seabrook sits between Kemah and NASA, with easy access to the bay. It's a quiet town that doesn't feel like a suburb once you're on the water.
